Table skirting sale promotion:
Skirting sale is limited to shirred pleat skirting only. All discounts are already reflected in the pricing on the site. Free shipping is for box and shirred pleat, regular stock. Limited to 48 continental states, ground services only.
Pricing discounts: Unless otherwise stated, all coupon codes offering discounted pricing exclude prior sales. Customers with special pricing are exempt from such discounts. Product exclusions are generally stated in advance, but we reserve the right to exclude any products should we not.

We reserve the right to use certain images, that may contain your company logo, taken by our photographers in advertising campaigns, leaflets, web sites, etc. These images would only be used to help us show our product and services available. If you object to such please let us know.
Canceling Orders:
Any order can be canceled before it has been processed, but please keep in mind we try to process orders as quickly as possible. Please call us at 800-870-4494 to cancel an order. You are welcome to email us, but please remember we may not receive your email in time to cancel your order before it ships and/or production begins.
Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. If the products are eligible to be returned, you may return them at the appropriate re-stocking fee for those products once an RMA # has been authorized.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. This is largely because any products produced custom for you, only work for you. Depending on the stage of production your order is at, we may be able to cancel it for a cancellation fee. This fee will be based on our investment into your order. To give you an example, for any product involving your logo, we often have to get your artwork vectorized or digitized, which costs approximately $50. That fee would be passed on to you as a cancellation fee. We're not looking to make money off an order you may cancel, we just want to recoup our costs.

Art Work Fees
Embroidery:
Digitizing fee for logo includes area 4 inches or smaller with a generous 10,000 stitch maximum. Any logos over 10,000 stitches may requite an additional fee for digitizing and embroidery. Good quality, high resolution artwork required.
