Ordered 2 of the the black elastic Beanies and 1 came in with velcro. They quickly responded @ customer service and promptly sent me another black elastic Beanie. I am very please at such great customer service and the Beanies are very comfortable to wear. I enjoy wearing my Beanie cooking in hot kitchen and I can fit my long hair inside and it does'nt feel tight or pinching and it looks cute, not too poofy or too big where it will slip down into my eyes. I would recommend this Beanie to anyone working in a hot kitchen. Cooking in comfort at a fast pace is key. This is a 7 star product and will order from Chefs Closet again. Thank you.
