Very pleased with product and service. The original item I'd ordered wasn't available until after Christmas, I received both a call and email from someone in your customer service department (I apologize that I forget her name). She offered me options to either have an alternate product received by Christmas or to wait for the original item. Jacket looks great, I'm sure he'll like it!
